Womb Health & Well-Being Consultation
for women and queer menstruators

75-minute compassionate 1:1 support to assess the state of your womb health and receive personalised guidance, practical steps and thoughtful resources to support yourself and feel good in your body again!
Here’s what I can support you with:
and more …
Whether you experience symptoms like pain and migraines, mood swings, hot flashes or sneeze pee, or you got diagnosed with a specific condition:
Here’s how it works:
Step 1 – Before the Consultation
- You choose a day and time that work for you here on my calendar.
- You book and pay the session.
- I send you a questionnaire that you fill in and send back at least two days prior to our appointment – this will help me prepare well, so I can provide focused support and specific guidance during the call.
Alternatively, if you don’t like booking through the calendar link or need a different payment method, simply send me a mail and I’ll take care of it.
I also offer appointments at the weekend on request; simply email me at lisa@lisa-jara.com and we’ll find a day and time that work!
Step 2 – The actual Consultation
- At the appointed day and time, you click on the Zoom link I provide and we meet in my online consultation room.
- Together we will assess where you’re at in terms of your womb health, talk through what you would like to have happen and address any concerns, fears or questions you might have.
- I’ll also provide practices and resources that will help you take the next steps towards greater (w)holistic well-being.
Step 3 – After the Consultation
Within two business days, you will receive a follow-up email from me, including a summary of the session, the recommended practices and resources and the recording of our session, so you can start implementing the insights and practices into your life right away.
You will also have one week of email access to me to address any further questions or concerns. I know first-hand that sometimes things pop up only after the session when going about your day, and I want to make sure you still feel adequately supported.
Do you have any questions or is anything unclear?
Email me here!
