75-minute compassionate 1:1 support to address a topic that’s on your mind and heart right now, with embodiment practices and resources to find relief and bring more ease into your life!

Including:

  • 75-minute session

  • Follow-up email with practices and resources

  • One week of email support after the session to share insights, celebrate what’s unfolding and address any questions or concerns

This offer is for folks who have never worked with me 1:1 and want to find out what that looks and feels like!

If you’re considering working with me on a longer-term basis, this experience will give you a really good idea of what coaching with me does look and feel like and what would become possible for you through our work!

Depending on your topic and desires, this session can include Soul-based Coaching (a gentle mix of clean questions and embodied metaphor), being a sounding board (talking through your topic, receiving my reflections and input if you want to), connecting with your cycle, self-massage and embodiment practices etc.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1 – Before the Session

  • You choose a day and time on my calendar that work for you.
  • You fill in the mini-questionnaire in the booking process, so I understand what we’ll be working on and can prepare myself, for focused support during the call.
  • You book and pay the session.

Alternatively, if you don’t like booking through the calendar link or need a different payment method, simply send me a mail and I’ll take care of it.

I also offer appointments at the weekend on request; simply email me at lisa@lisa-jara.com and we’ll find a day and time that work!

Step 2 – The actual Session

  • At the appointed day and time, you click on the Zoom link I provide and we meet in my online consultation room.
  • Together we will dive into what you would like to have happen with regards to your topic, release what’s no longer working for you and concentrate on your strengths and inner resources to navigate the situation in a way that feels good and nourishing to you.
  • If applicable, I’ll provide practices and resources to support you on your path.

Step 3 – After the Session

Within two business days, you will receive a follow-up email from me, including a summary of the session, the recommended practices and resources and the recording of our session, so you can start implementing the insights and practices into your life right away.

You will also have one week of email access to me to share and celebrate what’s unfolding for you and address any further questions or concerns. I know first-hand that sometimes things pop up only after the session when going about your day, so I want to make sure you feel adequately supported.
